O Negative Blood Request
We have an urgent community appeal. There is a patient in AmeriMed Hospital in CSL that desperately needs more blood transfusions. "O" Negative blood
is needed and there isn't a drop of it anywhere on the Baja. If you have "O" Negative blood, please call the Santa Josefina Blood Bank 105- 0354, make
an appointment TODAY, and tell them it is for Mrs. Heaps. The Santa Josefina Blood Bank is located at the Anikan Hospital (or Nuns Hospital) in Cabo
San Lucas. Give the gift of life. Call 105-0354, if you have "O" Negative blood TODAY.

C, I am o-neg, will be in Loreto Thursday afternoon - if someone can "donate" a flight to CSL (Frequent flier miles and all), and help me get to
Loreto this weekend (drive halfway and my boyfriend can meet us half way in my car) , they can take all the blood they want. Wish I was in baja to
help today!

C, if you call red cross, they might be able to put together a package I can pick up and bring to baja...my offer stands, I am ready to leave LAX asap
if I can get some financial help with the flight to cabo.

I want to thank each and everyone of you for your responses and for viewing this thread. Sometimes during our busy lives we forget that there may be
a need for something we all have and could spare a bit of.

Hello Public Donors
"O" neg blood is needed to replace the units used while Vicki Heaps was in Amerimed Hospital. The blood bank in Cabo Santa Josefina Blood Bank at the
Nun's Hospital ( 105-0354 / 624-129-9490) can service the units properly or go to Salvatierra Hospital
(612-122-1591 / 122-1496/ 122-1597) on Bravo in LaPaz. Ask to talk with the blood bank before driving the entire way to ensure you are eligible, then
proceed to the blood bank they will require you fill out a questioner.
The units donated will replace the units that saved Vicki's life. She is home recovering and doing well. I have been in contact with her daily since
we scooped her up in the ambulance last Friday. We all appreciate the community for the support.
If you need us to call the blood bank for you or need a map or directions please come by Amerimed Clinic Los Barriles and speak with Adela, Luis, Dr.
