VW Beetle Baja Bug for Sale
I have a '69 VW Beetle with a nicely done Baja Bug conversion for sale. The car is white and has a quick removeable tow bar.
Engine is 2110cc with dual Weber carbs, moderate cam, teflon pistons, shuffle pinned case and all the goodies. About 25,000 miles on engine. Trans
is 4.39 gears, welded 3rd and 4th, steel shift forks, etc., etc. Car has 2 SCAT low back suspension seats, full instruments, heavy duty adjustable
front end, nearly new 30x9.5 tires on back and good tires on front. Carbs were recently rebuilt and the car is a gas to drive.
I'd like to see $3,495.00 for it. Email me at: biglar-at-gogittum.com (2 t's in gogittum) and I'll email you pictures of it.

Now I get it. I always thought it was Lar as in Larry. Thanks Skipjack for showing us the light on another Nomad.
Biglar, could you post photos of your bug on the board? On second thought don't. Dern might want it if he sees what it looks like.

If you don't want to re-type it... use your mouse and copy, paste it onto the correct forum... Otherwise Doug will probably move this thread over
there...

Don't let 'em fool ya, Paulina....it's Lar, like in Good Guy Lar. I "think" you were kidding, but in case not, I don't know how to post a pic here
but you can see several at: http://gogittum.com/blog/?cat=50 and one of the back of it at: http://gogittum.com/blog/?cat=10 It's been a hectic day, but I'll see about moving this post soon.

Oh no! My son Graeme, who has been promised a used car for his 18th, was looking over my shoulder and thinks that is the one he "must" have.
Unfortunately, his Mom wants air bags (actually, she would prefer him encased in bubble wrap). At least it is more practical than his last "find," a
'71 Duster. Plus, he thinks it is easy as his Grandma lives in New Mexico (Ruidoso; not close to Santa Fe).
