Obviously Im a 66yr old hard ass that did the exercises until in my medical judgment was "cured". Pass on the epidural and surgery.

a little. Im coming back I'll see MD on Thurs. in SD .I get back to Ensenada and Im dying. This am I am damn near immobile.
I'm looking for enough till Thurs not a kilo. Anyone know a
MD that can write pain script??????????????

Dr Alba may be able to help. Located right near the Estero Beach entrance. He's not an orthopedist, but I know he's written prescriptions for many ex-pats at Estero.

I had a bout with that myself starting about a month ago. I was dragging my left foot around like Quasimodo, whimpering like a whipped puppy. I got some Vicodin, which helped take the edge off, but it made me even goofier than normal. My stateside chiropractor had me do the McKenzie exercise, along with regular adjustments and 20 minutes a day on a horizontal traction table that decompresses the spine. Fun it ain't, but it's working. I worry though about a relapse when I'm down south, so the Rx tip is appreciated. In addition, does anyone know/use a reputable chiropractor in the Ensenada area?

So sorry to hear you are dealing with that my friend - I have gone through the very same thing you are experiencing and I also know what it is like to need something RIGHT NOW!

I called a friend in Ensenada and she gave me this name for you to contact - he is an orthopedist and speaks English:

Dr. Francisco Palacios
Hospital Velmar
Arenas No. 151
Fracc. Playa Ensenada
Ensenada, B.C.
646.173.4500

Good luck!
