Smuggling Boats-LA Times Article

Today there is an article in the LA Times about smuggling illegals from Mexico to the San Diado area from boats from Popatla. Several abandoned boats have been found on beaches there. I hope this dosen't create a shorage of boats, causing the price of lobster to go up!
