:lol: They say memory is the second thing to go. Seems like only yesterday you served me a cold one. Try to remember....it'll be like calisthenics for what's left of the brain.

See ya in a few days.:lol:

Left side went years ago.

Think I'll wait until the bar fills up. Then we'll all celebrate.

I know your credit's good.

So can we expect this thread to continue counting down to 69? Maybe that could happen at Sharkey's.

Could be for you but, I doubt it for me. I no longer go there.
Maybe at Margaritaville in Puerto Nuevo. It has my kind of ambiance.

No reason to quit wishing me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY though. If someone's in the festive mind to mention it, I'm in the festive mind to respond and celebrate. Jeeezo...I'm still drinking to the bicentinial. SALUD

Dennis,

So your return to Sharkey's was a one day-Birthday day occasion and you're over it again?

Curious/drive by minds need to know this for future adventures to Cantu. I can't be getting whiplash looking for your Jeepster as I do my drive by.

No. Didn't go. It's hostile territory and have no intentions of ever going again. I'm just going to stay home and sit on the deck with my blow-up Mother Theresa doll. I've found religion.

I can picture you now....surrounded by hanging primates on one side, Mother Theresa and her hot air on the other.

I'm missing out, big time.

I beat you to the thought, Dennis.

If you could only see what you look like in my mind at this very moment....

Puerto Nuevo seems a long way to go for a cold beer when starting in Punta Banda. Habit or no.

When north of the border, take "Mama" along in the passenger seat, wearing her habit. That way you can drive in the commuter lane. Another advantage is that she could never be a back seat driver.

It's a nice drive. Toll road up, free road back. Worst part of the trip is going through Ensenada. Even that's been made easier with all the new traffic lights on the Costero. Assuming you don't get behind a sleeping driver, you can just about drive the whole distance without a stop. On days like that, life is really good.

I/we like that. Good idea Tony. I could hook her up to one of those cylindar air pumps...you know....just to keep her looking alert and alive.
Oh yeah....Mama says HI.
