I hope that I dont have to eat these words but I believe that it is too cool here now for any storms to threaten. The water temp has dropped considerably since Rick and it hasnt gotten over 78 on my porch all day today. Temp around 65 every morning.

Anomalies may occur, but historical data supports the parameters of the hurricane season. If anything, storms very early or very late just don't have the support to become major incidents.

Very windy and dusty here in Loreto, and supposed to be worse tomorrow according to the forecast. And never made it to 80 here either.
