Jeep Wrangler (TJ) 10" dual Subwoofer Box - $100

Got Boom? Dual 10" subwoofers will fit inside of this speaker box. My Rubicon has an on-board air system in the trunk, so no room for boomin' bass. It should rock the block, easily.

Leidys is all excited about camping, but from her news reports in Colombia, she is scared and afraid of stepping foot inside of Mexico for fear of Narco violence. She thinks it will be worse than Medillin in the 1980s. So, we will take it slow with respect to travel into Baja. An afternoon in Tecate for Mariscos in the summer...or a nice day at Playas de Tijuana in September might work out for us. I'm going to build her up to doing a November trek, and not push her into it...right away.

Gee Ken... it is the border area where all the issues are. Her first trip should be to pass through Tijuana/ Tecate as fas as you can and get down to Gonzaga Bay/ Mision Santa Maria, any Boojum country as fast as possible! Glad to hear she is on her way north... If you have time bring her by to meet Elizabeth and I!

She keeps quoting information she hears about Tijuana being a "Murder capital" and such. When I met her some 15 months ago, I was wearing my 'TIJUANA' baseball cap and 'BAJA CRAWLERS-TIJUANA, MEXICO' t-shirt, so that city name stuck with her.

Cross at Mexicali and keep driving south... on your first trip!

Remember to check with U.S. customs before taking her to Mexico (to make sure her visa allows for land travel to Baja and back)... After all the trouble to bring her here from Colombia, you don't want to lose her in Mexico!

Once she gets her Green Card, we have to wait 1-3 months before Intl travel. I would give the National Visa Center a phone call to make sure all of her info. is in the system and she is good to go.

I still need to sell this equipment to buy the plane ticket, though. You wouldn't believe how hard it has been.

Well, let's just say she is changing her name, applying for permanent residency, after we get married in Las Vegas next month. :bounce:
