Check with Ted Downward at Century 21/Paradise Properties. He has known Sergio for years.

found his new office. It is behind the Amerimed hospital. Renewal $296.00 dollars

Has it gone up that much? I know these agents have their own prices but, the last time I renewed an FM3 two years ago, it was around 2000 Ps.

Did it ourselves this past June...fourth renewal in Cabo San Lucas

Cost of FM3 = 1,294.00 pesos

Time = Dropped on May 11th...ready on May 21st...picked up on May 25th

We used an agent the first year just to learn the ropes, after that we took our training wheels off and went for it!
