BLACK FRIDAY SALE (for NOMADS!)

Better late than never.....I just heard about this at our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday.

BEACH SALE TODAY AT SANTISPAC BEACH

I think it starts around 8 o'clock. Bring all your garage sale junk..opps... treasures... and turn them into pesos or trade for my moosehead. As always these days, I am assuming somebody applied for and got the permit.

I'm heading on a walkaround at my place to see what I can bring.

Mike...We drove over....and back.

Pretty lonesome over there. We stayed for about 15 minutes then came home with some nice handmade jewelry.

A nice 17ft CC/Johnson/trailer for $10G caught my eye briefly. Great ride on flat calm days in the bay or outside.

GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEXT BEACH SALE ALL.

Maybe all the buyers of junk moved on?
Maybe people want new gifts for Christmas?

I'd like to see photos of the Moose head.

Serious. (even though Dern just shouted from the kitchen,"Don't EVEN think about it!)

That might be because I just found these two beauties last week. He couldn't deny them as they were birthday gifts.

I'm the luckiest girl!

So, what's the highest bid so far on Mr. Moose? If you were just joshin' break it to me gently, por favor....

Sharksbaja,

I love the squirrel. I want one.

The cat and the deer butt are scary.

I'd almost take the sheepish chair, but the horse is just taking it too far!

Corky, those are some seriously baaaaad photos. ;D

Paulina..dang, I'm sorry but I already traded my bull moose mount for this live jackal.

BUT...do not despair...How about a moose photo? Photographed while committing a felony, this guy was apprehended and convicted of statue-atory rape of a bison.
.

.

The Case of the Amorous Moose. Now that's something you don't see every day. OUCH!

And...Here's more stuff to consider for your collection:

Floating lounge bitten by Great White Shark. in Coyote Bay.

Atlantic sailfish..circa 1955 Havana, Cuba. Tail-bitten by Ernest Hemmingway....honest.

Here's a deal. Help me clean up this mess in my Baja garage. You never know what might catch your eye. Find a treasure...and I always love a good trade.

or stop by Up North and set down for glass of good cheer. We can 'bartend and barter'...for all manner of things.

But NOT My Gal Sal

.

Have no idea why, but I have always want a moose head, as for my wife, she has always wanted to stuff me (after I'm dead, I hope) and put me in a corner with a beer can in my hand.. have to wait a while for that to come up for sale too

Thanks for sharing your photo's they are great to my eye, and we are all glad you keep clicking away with subject matter that counts every time... thanks again for sharing

It makes this board "click"

Plus anyone with a great garage like that, is someone that I might be linked at the hip with...

Lastly, that horny moose on the bison.. now that is one horny dude... one would think someone may have given him some Goose to drink.... for a Moose to mistake that for the real think.... I could only think of some "folks" I have known over the years, who were really trashed and did something along those lines ... a super shot.. would like to use.. you don't see that every day

And I like you free standing wood stove, looking for one right now in Baja.. yeah, yeah I know, it does not get cold and it makes smoke and all the rest... but I'm old and cold and they have always worked really good for us when ever we had need for heat.. wood burning stoves give off the nicest warmth one can ask for...

If any one has knowledge of makers in Mexico please u2u me.. don't want to hijack this thread.. just wanted to comment on the theme and shots... thanks again all.

As you can see, for me to write down things, well I make mistakes and it's early this morning and I did even get to have Goose :lol:

Pompano,

You made a good trade for the Moose. I love the sailfish too. If the time ever came that you need to find a good home for it, you know who to call.

When I scrolled down to the photos of your house....YOU ARE MY HERO. My house would look like if it weren't for some guy who's name starts with D.

I wanted to be a taxidermist when I turned 40. No one took me seriously. I found a school back east that specialized in the art, but it meant that I had to live there for awhile. No one took me seriously when I asked if I could do that either.

It's on my bucket list.

So I just like to collect them.

Thanks for sharing your photos and letting me peek inside of your beautiful home.

P<*)))>{

ps. I've learned that the garage is a man cave, to leave them well alone. I can stupor-vise your grand clean up though!

Paulina..follow your dreams, no matter the outcome.

I am going to take up snowboarding this winter.

Some more taxidermy for you...all came from Estados Unidos.

Now I KNOW somebody can tell me what kind of fish these are?

anecdote to these mounts..one shot, two mule deer

No..not an antelope, but this is a ____?
