On Doc's web site, he has the Midriff region water temp satellite image (Click on Gecko News) http://www.campgecko.com

Costs a hundred bucks a year, though if you want access to the really good maps, if you need them. Also provides free images that will give you the "general idea" of water temps in a very broad area.

Gene Kira's site.....


....probably has the most detailed info, though it is usually about 3-5 days behind, as the report is filed each Monday.

Based on his latest reports, the temps are low/mid 80s around the Cape, around 80 at East Cape/La Paz, upper 70s to 80 around Loreto, mid 70s around Mulege/ SR and about 70 at BOLA.
