Xmas cheer Mexicana?

Just got an unusual present from my Cachanilla bud, Jose, a bottle of nopal flavored vodka. Here's the kicker; despite such expressions as "tan Mexicano como el nopal" or "nacido con nopal en la frente", this is not hecho en Mexico. High Spirits Prickly Pear Vodka is hand crafted in... Flagstaff AZ. The flavor is very subtle and, thankfully, it has none of the okra-like slime of cooked nopalitos. I'm going to put it in the freezer and see if it's even better ice cold.

All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.

I thought the only flavor Nopal has is whatever sauce you put on it.

Oso, it is so subtle that when you decide to taste it the second time you are not sure if you really tasted it the first time, and by the third time you really don't care.
