Mulege's Annual Chili Cook Off

On behalf of the Mulege Rotary Club I would like to extend an invitation to attend our annual Chili cookoff on March 7th in the Plaza. If you happen to be in the Mulege area, plan to stop in and enjoy a really fun party and some truly great chili. And yes, the bar will be open with beer, wine and c-cktails!

If you wish to compete with your favorite chili receipe, by all means go for it. You should plan to bring 2 gallons minimum and a means to keep it hot. If you would like to enter, just shoot me an email: randykephart@yahoo.com.

seeya there.

Damn, we'll be there a week too late.

Save us the left-overs! Glad we have a Fantastic Fan in our camper.

You gonna eat that?

Two gallons is not enough. I made close to four last year and ran out of chili in the first thirty minutes, or less. Made little corn/pineapple muffins to serve with it, which were really yummy. Not only is this event a ton of fun, but a wonderful fundraiser, too. Jump on the chili bandwagon and participate!
