Contacts for house rental Baja Norte
Reguest any info about house rentals in the areas between
Santo Tomas and Camalu.
Want to try renting for a couple of months then maybe annual.
Don't want to get involved in the purchase home problems.
Location in small Mexican town OK. Rural area OK as I ride motorcycles.
Close enough to to stores,Pemex, auto parts, Ect.
Any info to get me started is welcome.
Thanks,
Corky

Hi Corky
If you do an internet keyword search, such as "rosarito baja rentals" you will get a lot of hits.
I was looking at mlsbaja.com (I think that is the address, but please don't hold me to that) the other day. The Estero Beach Hotel property in
Ensenada is for sale for $15,000,000 U.S., in case anyone is interested. Also, El Mirador is up for sale, don't remember the price.
Anyway, if you page through the listings, you will notice that a very large amount of the properties for sale from Playas de TJ, Rosarito and Ensenada
are available for rent. A classic case of inventory surplus.
I am not in the RE business and I do not know anyone involved with this website, I am just trying to be "servicy" to a Nomad.

A rental between Santo Tomas and Camalu might be hard to come buy.

Jan,
Thank you for that info.
Those areas are to far north for what I am looking for.
Looking for more rural area.
thank you

Corky,
Go to VRBO (vacation rental by owner). Stayed at a few cool places just south of Camalu. Great local offroading community in Vincente Guerrero with
informal week end racing. Loved the community so much my wife gave birth to our son there.
Good Luck, Lionel

There are a lot of very inexpensive rentals you should be able to find in that area Corky. The problem is that most of them will never see the
internet or even have an email contact. Just come down and start asking around at the stores and places to eat. It will probably help if you get one
of those pay as you go Telcel phones when you come down and begin your search.
