More on the Earthquake--in photos
Some of the road damage in the Delta area

One of the smaller trucks fully loaded.

The Border Angel caravan in Mexicali. There are two Baja Nomad trucks that joined in that caravan. One Ford and one Toyota

The very good army set up in Ejido Oaxaca.

The area several blocks away that was flooded by a break in the canal and needed some supplies

The distribution that was headed up by a local woman---very orderly

Some of the unloaded vehicles proceeded on to another more remote rural area.
This man from Ecuador who now lives in the US was great. He was really into everything. He had joined with his daughter in the relief effort---she
had heard about it in the news.

There always seems to be one child that steals the photo show.

But this one was shared with this little guy who was hanging on tight to his new stuffed toy.

And the leader---Enrique marooones, the founder of the Border Angels---he is just one of those people who is dedicated to others.

Other nomad was tripledigitken and it was really nice to meet him and his wife.
The Border Angels have had two caravans to different ejido areas now and will have another one next week. Even with everything prearranged with
customs, used clothes are a problem, so those are being taken to Calexico where there is a need, but most of the clothes will be taken to the area a
little at a time.

Our guide managed to find his way through Mexicali by memory, and a good old fashion map led us back via Algodones. My handheld GPS has dead

A very shameless bump to remind anyone who is interested in donating to any of the people or organizations that are helping, that help is still
needed.
