Seeking photograph

We need a new home page photograph!

If you have taken a high quality digital photograph of any bird species in Baja or the Gulf of California we would like to consider it for the Baja Birding home page. We can choose only one so send in your best shot with written permission to use your photograph. Please include your name as you would like it to appear on the photo credit and the year the photo was taken. Photo dimensions should be approximately 600 >< 475 or 475><600 pixels. No scanned images please unless it is a high resolution scan. Check out http://www.BajaCaliforniaConservation.org to see the photos selected for the home page on that sister site which has a new image for each day of the week.

Send your image to joder@earthnet.net

Thank you for participating!

Sorry, no birds, but I've got several underwater photos.
Care for any fish or sealife photos?

Cool,

Thanks everybody. I've gotten a few good responses for the bird photos via email too. As for other photos (Thanks for the offer synch) keep them in mind for the next time we change photos on http://www.BajaCaliforniaConservation.org

A year (or maybe more) ago JR posted a photo I thought was quite spectacular--a tart pitahaya with a vulture perched atop each of the plant's many trunks--about a dozen birds, as I recall.
