A Nomad with a Call Center?

A while back there was a Nomad who indicated that he was in the Call Center Business in Mexico. I would like to get in touch with him if anyone remembers who he was.

Its a place where people call when they have trouble with something that they bought at Home Depot. Someone on the other end of the phone(usually India) tries to solve the problem for them. How do I start this Chainsaw?, for instance. It could also be a phone number of an advertisment they saw on TV and they call and place the order(usually India) also. Nobody wants to pay Americans to do this kind of work anymore and since there is no more long distance phone rates, call centers can be anywhere in the world. You have to sell something or have a contract to sell something. This Nomad was doing it from Mexico.

It could be I suppose, a boiler room kind of thing. But in this case, it really is a phone number on a product, any product. It says. "If you have a problem with your item please call 24/7 this number. Its not a thing where people make cold calls to random numbers in the States. The locals would not be good at making cold calls in broken Ingrish.
