FM3 checkout at Cabo airport

I arrived by car in Cabo and will be flying out. I am leaving on Alaska Airlines. How do I do this? I understand I need a form? Thanks

Alaska Airlines flies out of Terminal 3 and I fly out of Terminal 1. Anyway I would think the system is close to being the same.

When I flew out on May 29th Continental's ticket agent gave me the form to fill out then she attached the smaller portion to my ticket, handing me the larger portion to keep for my return trip. I then went through security and to the departing gate. When I handed my boarding ticket to the gate agent she detached and kept the part of my ticket that had the small portion of the new FMM form stapled to it. Again, I keep the larger portion of the the FMM with my new FM-3 card until I returned to SJD the next week. When I did return I went through INM...just like everyone else does when they come off the planes. The agent took my USA passport, FMM form and my FM-3 card. After entering info in the computer the agent handed my USA passport and FM-3 card to me and said "wlecome home."

As you enter Terminal 3 just ask any airline employee what you need to do and they should be able to assist you.

Go to the check in counter at the Alaska terminal. They will give you an FMT Card. Fill it out and go to the far end of the building by the new terminal being built. Go around the corner and there is a side door with a guard, Show them your paperwork and FM3 and they will allow you to go to the Immigration counter for the required stamp.
