Woke up at 4AM in night sweats with a splitting headache. This all for an attempt for looking out for ones fellow Nomads. PS Kids this is not for the light hearted tea tootling crowd.
Hey Dennis how are those bloody Mary's down at Sharkeys?
I'm not about to make this a Bender maybe one or two while I watch Wimbledom day two and North Korea loose to Durban at 11:00AM.

Coffee for now lots of coffee and a greassy breakfast to extend my life this AM!

The U2U to Gypsy notwithstanding, My guess is he could be on the Champs Elysees sipping Cristal, right about this time. The x-change rate is favorable. Sigh.

Although he is, at times, abrasive and politically crude, I wish no harm to any fellow Nomad. I hope this turns out well for The Gull and that he resurfaces soon.

At the time of Dennis' post, I did a search and found no reference to article or blog post you mention.

Also, INM has no history of violence with expats, nor do they have a jail, they simply ask you to sit down in their office while they process the case and most often ask you to leave on your own.

Dennis can you reference the post or article which prompted your concern?

Gull probably cracked Denny's user log in and posted it himself just to stir the pot.

Here ya go. It's 5 or 6 posts from the top by Marco.

As to your comment about Immigration not having a jail, you're wrong. The new, as of again 5 or 6 years back, INM main office in Tijuana, outside of centro in a residential neighborhood, has a good size jail. I was in it along with three kids from Guatamala waiting for deportation. The place was so new, they went to McDonalds to feed us.
The facility isn't a satellite office. It's as number one for the region as it gets. The head of immigration for the entire district is officed there.

It's a long story, Marty. Delicate in some areas as well. It wouldn't be wise for me to lay it ALL out there and the short version would beg too many questions. I'd best not.
I didn't want to ignore you.
