I think each voter should be able to cast as many votes as they have post counts. That way it will be like the electoral college....and make just as
much sense. I have already cast my "conditional" vote on the offending fishing thread. So there.

It's all good. Most that raise a ruckus here have too much time on their hands and/or drink too much.
