Tijuana is a huge city and it can also progress like San Diego, even if we are mexicans, you make it sound like if you wished that all the people in Baja stay as they are

I'd say they are an excellent investment verses SD beach front which you can't touch for under a mil plus.

If i wasn't so heavily leveraged in pork belly futures i would love to get one.:no::no:
