We got a letter !!!!
We got a letter from Nezter !! They are telling us that they are a management company for HSBC..
We have our trust set up with the HSBC bank , Sure wish we had used one of the other banks !! The gal was a jerk & she only looked at our file
when she saw us comming !! She was fired not long after we got the the <FIDEICMISO> finished, it only took two years to get thos done !!!
Now we tried to pay in Lapaz , but no luck & had to head back TO THE HILLS IN CA...
Now they have given us three options. # 1 Mail a check to Palatine IL # 2 US FEX TO Chicago IL # 3 Wire balance to HSBC MEXICO & ,Pay
directly to any HSBC IN MX !!!
Then you can deal with NEZTER in Phoenix AZ if you need any help !!!!
Now we need to ask what way is the best way to take care of this...
Thanks `` Norm

Just wait till your in Mexico again and pay it at the Bank its no Problem. I pay mine at the bank every year. You will probably have to pay a penalty
but you will know where the money is going. Udo calma!

I got the same letter too and surprisingly found out the the Illinois address it's a branch from HSBC Mex in US. (finally hsbc has done something
smart!) I sent my payment to that address and it was deposited to mi fido account with no problems. I even got a factura receipt in the next few days
after my payment was posted. All this without waiting on line at the bank in Mexico, so it works for me.

yeah right
Well I dealed with them and I tell you they don't know what to do, hsbc and nezter get in contradictions quiet often! a lady at nezter just explains
the same thing: the bank gives them all the information, well how come they don't have the same information? miss valdovinos tells me the hell
opposite of what nezter confirms me. It is the same story year after year..., they take care of everythig, everything's fine yeah..whatever , I do
hear the rumors , the Campbells the Saltzmans they're all aware of this, we are a few who would like to this getting settled or at least to have an
explanation from the bank which by the way leaves me on standby every time I call'em. I don't understand in the beggining of the 21st technology
century to have missynchronized information with a serious matter as a fideicomiso account is. We've been discussing at our annual meeting and all
along what's the piece of the cake to nezter in this case?, I'd like to know how many money is taken from our account to pay for their services. If we
don't do something right know everything will get worse and more confusing.
The Ventrellas are not getting into troubled waters with the lack of efficience of a THIRD WORLD country collection agency nor the STUPIDITY of hsbc's
fideicomiso department in Los cabos.
I look forward of someone supporting my decision to take legal matters and create a foereign relations comission against this outrage that hsbc has
imposed us.
