Black healthy looking dog is hanging around Buena Vista Hotel and Spa area.

From Baja Pony Express, Oct. 6/10:

"FIDO ALERT! Received today, Wednesday 10am East Cape time.

LOST DOG IN SPA!
Black healthy looking dog is hanging around Buena Vista Hotel and Spa area. Can't tell if the dog is male or female. It is very scared and won't let anyone approach. It is medium to large size. Possibly ran during a thunder storm and can't find its way home. Do you know of anyone who has lost their dog? Please call Luisa 141.0292 or Andrea 141.0019."

Maybe Willy Airstream should double check this? El Cardonal is only a dozen miles north of Buena Vista...

Has anyone been able to inform the spa with the photo or details of Gunner (WillyAirstream's dog)? Has WillyAirstream been back on Nomad to even see this new lost dog report? Spa Buena Vista is well within the distance a dog can get in one day from El Cardonal.

I emailed WillyAirstream this morning in case he hadn't been on Nomad since Widgrrl posted... He had two email replies to me I just read... He is waiting for a call from another heading there.
(Does he know he is only a few miles from Spa Buena Vista?)

Crossing our fingers on this one!

Pictures of found dog in Buena Vista

Well, I'm unhappy to report that the found dog in Buena Vista isn't Gunnar, he is however somebody's dog. He is very scared, hungry and shy, you can't approach him. We had to put out some food, leave, hide behind a wall and wait for him to come out for a picture. Hopefully somebody will recognize him and he can go home......dt

Bummer... I was sure hoping because it was so coincidental between one being lost, and a dozen miles down the beach another showing up... Thanks for the photos David...

Diver, even if it was Gunner, nothing but frindly conversations is all I ask. Thanks anyway!

I am really disappointed it wasn't WillyAirstreams' dog... as I am sure we all are!

Thanks David (dt) for doing this!
