Diver...bring it to me.

I will trade a wheelbarrow (no wheel).

Does it have a portable stand??

Same question to you, Cortez Blue.

When I signed up for hughes net a couple of years ago they would not do new account to 6000 modem. I needed to get a 7000 and was told 9000 wouldn't work for resetting for Baja. Jim

No stand but it has an adjustable pipe-mount so you just need a pipe ..... now how to get it to you ?
Anyone heading south from WA soon ?

Hi Jim..and welcome to BajaNomads. You have the right info for Baja/Hughes. My 6000 is still working in Baja Sur, but I am upgrading to the recommended 7000 ...just in case...and because it's a free upgrade from Hughes.Net. I called them and they are shipping a 7000 to SD for me.

Diver...I can USE that dish! If it takes a pipe fitting, so much the better. I can improvise.

A QUEST - REWARD OFFERED

Who can get Diver's dish to me in San Diego...or bring to Mulege area later on?? I am not going camping until Dec 1st.

tick-tock tick-tock...

Too bad. We're not leaving Vancouver until Nov 1.
Oh well. We will drop by in late January.

Diver...I am in Santee now awaiting delivery of ..not one, but TWO...sat. dish tripods.

One will work for the satellite television dish, this I know...but don't know about Hughes.Net Internet dish. What's the diameter-spread of your pipemount?

Hi Keri..

Yes, got the pics and am looking at them now in my pickup while awaiting tripod delivery from Alpine, Ca. If the tripods are strong enough to hold Hughes dish, then I will get back to you. Thanks, Roger. BTW..is the dish ready to travel?

Keri...I just received the tripods this minute. The inside diameter of the tripod's pipe is 1-1/2 inches. Can you tell me what your dish's mounting pipe is? Outside diameter, please...gracias.

Cortez Blue..same question. Pipe diameter?
