Punta Chivato Garage Sale w/ pics & more pics
Proceeds go to charities
I just dropped off my last load of treasures and took a few photos of the ladies sorting & pricing all the goods that have been dropped of thus
far. Oh, you should hear the ladies jabbering I hope there is enough
things to sale when they've finished today Seems everyone that is dropping
something off sees something they want/have to have. I think only about half of the treasures have arrived so far but here's what it looks like so
far.
Look for this sign:

Then this building

Here's the first post I did for this event. It has the flier. http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=48913#pid5641...

I should have blurred the photos. I've had 3 people contact me with requests.
Sorry, I'll be going later after the sale has been going awhile to buy Lunch & a drink (or two) and shoot a couple pics of the fun. I don't do
request. Even for a good cause.

Really like the first picture... that white sandy road... going off into the distance.. brings back memories of many moons.. and to see your keeping
the battery up on Bubba... it's all good... good to see so many people up and about...
Keeps my sprits up... thanks...

I've already mentioned you'll be in early with treasures and yes there will be chile, hot dogs, beer & sodas & a lot of baked goods. I've heard
several announcements requesting baked goods. It'll be a party!

Oh, I only wish that was my shop. It is part of the lumberyard complex and the owner has donated it for our event.

WHAT A DAY
Well, the swap meet was a HUGE success. We arrived at 9:30 to finish up pricing, the sale was to start at 11 and there was already a crowd standing
outside ! In the end, I believe there were almost 100 people to shop !!
Every single hotdog was sold.
Every single baked good was sold.
Not every beer was sold (imagine that !!)
That whole room boiled down to stuff we could fit in the back of our titan truck.
A fun day, hard work and tiring, but fun.
