If Pemex shuts the gas fields due to security concerns... won't this affect gas supply?... higher gas prices???

I'm not sure if you're refering to a real church or what, but, and you probably know this, it's my understanding that if they do in fact complete the task of building a church, it becomes a taxable property. I don't think I've ever seen a church without scaffolding set up somewhere around it.

Then again, maybe you're talking about your house. :biggrin:
