AutoZone, La Paz & Los Cabos

We bought a battery in Feb from Autozone in La Paz. It died so we took it back to the Autozone in Cabo San Lucas. They checked to see that the battery was actually dead and gave us a new one, no problem. They also said that there would be an Autozone in San Jose in front of Soriana's soon.
A good buying experience all the way around.:dudette:

I think not, why did they sell you a bad battery? But then today I bought a master cylinder from them it was a good brand and cheaper than anyone else.

Well they had it in La Paz when we needed it to get home. And when it went bad, we took it back and there were no questions asked. It worked for me.

You cant blame retailers for the condition of their batteries. The fault lies with the manufacturer.

BTW, our Guaymas Autozone will read and clear OBD II codes and will test alternators for free.
