thanks for the advice desertcpl. I will contact those people. I have a full time captain that maintains the boat, new zincs, oil changes, daily
cleaning, etc. But yes, always worried about theft.
Happens everywhere.

good luck with selling your Boat, looks like you got a handle on things. but again a good Yacht broker should be your first concern at this time, and
dont be so quick in lowering your price just yet,, get ahold of the Broker and let him give you an idea about what you should list it for and have him
give you some comparables

Brian,
I want to acknowledge your apology, very nice one. I sometimes come across in the wrong way also, but appreciate it when someone calls me on it so I
can work on my tact. I know that I scan the notes and miss things so, as they say, we are only human after all!!

Tammi72- Best of luck selling your boat in the present economy. You have a good broker that has done a very good presentation of the boat. You can be
sure that anyone looking for that kind of boat will have seen yours. I have been trying to sell a 50' Bayliner for more than a year now and have had
no success at all....not even low ball offers. It's a function of the economy. Just have to hang in there and ride it out. Even the high rollers
aren't spending their money.

my good buddy with means and who also is a shrewed buyer with lots of toys - has owned over a 100 planes in 30 some years from turbine twins to
turbo'd hi-perf singles - and flown baja since Ed Tabor started [used to fly for him actually]
well he has followed a particular 50' class motor trawler since it was in Miami 2 yrs ago - actually went to look at it. At the time he/seller was
asking mid 300s i think.
no action - he paid to have it sent to La Paz where again it listed ultimately below 200, finally it went to San Carlos and last summer it was down to
80 or so fricking thousand! chump change for a boat of its class.
nothing is selling close to values pre recession 2007.
buyers market pure and simple.
formerly Ordained in Rev. Ewing\'s Church by Mail - busted on tax fraud.......

I know Tammi personally and she is a great person with a big heart.
I appreciate all of your guidance and support for her. I hope she and her sisters sell the yacht soon. I have seen it in San Carlos recently and it
looks like new.
Good luck Tammi!
