I just got an e-mail saying Don Eddie past away I copied and pasted it here


DEAR FRIENDS

IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT WE INFORM YOU OF DON EDDIE'S PASSING.

DON EDDIE'S 3 LOVES WERE THE SEA, DEEP SEA FISHING AND THE BAY OF SAN QUINTIN.

THANK YOU FOR TRAVELING TO DON EDDIE'S LANDING AND HAVING SHARED THAT LOVE WITH HIM.

HIS SON TONY WILL BE FOLLOWING HIS DAD'S DREAM.

Barb and I stopped in to see him on our way home from Asuncion last Oct. took some pictures of the burned restaurent and the new one he was having built it was almost finished Built right at the waters edge over looking the bay. My wife and I will miss him

My condolences to the family.
Always been a great place to be on our way south. Sure the hotel and his name will continue in the future.

it stays on the "front page" for about 15 hours. you can always "edit" and delete. then repost.
