You live in Baja Sur and are jonesing for Taco Bell? That can't be right. Didn't you hear yesterday their beef taco meat only has 36% beef? At least in Mexico they would use something natural like horsemeat for a filler- before that laundry list of chemicals are additives Taco Bell uses. When the Bell Tolls, run the other way. ;)

They taste good, but my intestines run to the southern border.

I didn't say they didn't taste good- just that they are 64% filler. Obviously the people like the meat formula or guys like you wouldn't buy them by the dozen. Maybe it's the fiber they add ("isolated oat product" is the #2 ingredient) that makes one run, but the oat filler in your taco is how they keep them so cheap. :saint:

I ask you all....

If you saw this little lumpy, wart(?) infested taco guy in front your local Taco Bell.......trying to wave you in....would your appetite increase? He looks like he spent too many nights at a sleazy Tijuana bar!

TacoBell sucks. We all know that, but I've forever questioned what that beefy paste is in a Jak 'n theB taco is. It's really weird. It smears when it spills on the table.
Is it a Taco Paté?

I thought taco bell tacos were pretty healthy for fast food. Bummer.

I still like Jack in the Box tv ads, though. It's amazing how much you can do with a round white sphere.

I like the original crunchy tacos...gotta have a fix or two every trip north. and I bring packages of the seasoning mix back...
nice to have a change from carne asada and fish tacos once in awhile.
