I can see how it would get discouraging to want to hold meaningful discussions about one of our passions, Baja, and have some blunt head come along

That would be a bad precedent. There'd be a poll conducted for just about everyone. It's the slippery slope.
I could see whole campaigns to rid the board of certain individuals.......myself, included. THAT would be hard to suck up.
