My cure for seasonal allergies

BAJA!:bounce:

In late April, as my allergy symptoms were beginning to ramp up, a weeklong trip to Baja, Mexico along the Sea of Cortez stopped the sneezing and sore throat in 3 days.

I live in santa cruz, ca - and the pollen and mold gets really bad here Feb - May. Have found 3 weeks in Baja during this period will give my sinuses enough of a break to be clear when I return to Santa Cruz - and stay fairly clear.

If don't leave Santa Cruz - allergies will bug me all year!

Give your body a break - go to Baja and heal!

(that would be nice to get a prescription and paid medical leave every year to go to Baja- doctor's orders)

Sh#t happens, but it makes great fertilizer
