A good site for Baja Winds.

We watch the wind closely here. My favorite site is SwellWatch. It has a lot of data and you can check the wave and wind forecast, hour by hour over several days.

SwellWatch.com - Baja Forecast

If you click on the Baja link-arrow on the menu bar you can get more detailed information for different areas of the peninsula...

swellwatch is a very cool site if you live on the Pacific side of the peninsula, but no info north of La Paz on the Sea of Cortez side.

swellwatch for baja is just a guess on their part. when the surf is big in socal swellwatch will be calling 12-18'. totally unrealistic..... there are not enough weather bouys offshore baja for them to be accurate.

as for their wind forecasts, i dunno.

SwellWatch is pretty much right on with the wind. I've been tracking them for about a year now...

Hey E,

http://www.windguru.cz/int/ is the site the Kite Surfers in your Bahia Santa Maria use. Select North America/Mexico/Baja,Bahia Santa Maria.

We're down for the 4th at the Beach House then start the Havasu season the next weekend.
