Remember how our students in San Diego used to always bake cakes, bring gifts and organize pot lucks for us on our (teacher's) birthdays? I will hoist a glass of wine in your honor tonight.

thanks all of you for your wonderful wishes and mcfez - you had me laughing at WHO CARES
It was such a nice day .. Les went out of his way tomake it special, starting with a crepe breakfast and a jaunt over to Abreojos to try out a new to
us restaurant and then we chatted with Ed and Rich and Ralph and Marilyn and Molly and Concha (the last 2 are cute dogs) and Sara and Heraldo.
When I got home, 4 different groups of kids came over for cake and juice and we all talked.
and here I am, basking in the great feelings of a great day !! THANKS ALL. TIME FOR WINE NOW, so I can toast one new year starting .... and toast
