Woke about 6am & it was raining light to moderate but at least it lasted 30minutes or so. Completely covered in gray blanket now at 9:30am but no more rain. Coming over from mainland as seen on satelite photos. We could sure use more. Ocean temps rising, also! 74 degrees on my toe temp gauge but we be swimming a gusto! Tio

Air Conditioning used for the first time last nite and I slept much better than nite before!!:O Soon we'll start complaining?! Tio

Well, maybe it wasn't all that much, but, I bet you get some pretty little tiny desert flowers out of the deal. The desert will take what ever little bit of water it can get and make something beautiful out of it.

I was delayed for an hour and a half at a RAGING vado just north of Catavina today. Extremely dangerous amount and speed of water crossing the road.

I never understood all those Vados signs. Now I know why they are there.

Just had an amazing dinner of Almejas we got from Woody´s sisters place.

Saludos Amigos!

In 2005 we were delayed by one of those raging vados north of Cataviña---it does give new meaning to all those signs.

Yesterday there were clouds and some drops while we ate at Rancho Santa Inez in Cataviña and today there was rain off and on from San Quintin north---good rain.

This water was only about 2 feet deep, but it was wide and moving FAST. I was the 3rd car there and waited an hour and a half
