Yeah, Well, Dogs in Strange Environments Easily Get Spooked and Run Away
It's Mexicali Days here on the coast and a lot of people come to the beach to escape the heat of the inland and they take the entire family along.
I'm just saying.
The dog responds to commands in Spanish.

I just want to know how it knew to find YOU. I mean how cosmetically correct can one get. That Dog knew right where to go in order to find a safe
haven that's for sure.
A Mexican friend who has a beautiful German Shepherd proudly shared his pictures of his dog with us and admired our pictures of our German Shepherd
and our Great Danes.
He saw the dog wandering around the campo, told us about it on Saturday; we said if you see it again, bring it to us.
When he first saw it, it was wearing a leather collar/jacket. When he saw it again, the collar and jacket was gone.
He called his buddy, a taxista to come help. They opened the back doors of the taxi and the dog jumped in. The German Shepherd came along for the
ride inside his owner's car.
They both drove their cars to our home and refused our offer of payment for the ride.

Was neglectful, abusive or whatever you want to call it.
The ears are cut, but one flops down.
The dog is so skinny the the vertebrae of the back and the ribs are showing. The dog has raised areas of scabbing. We washed the dog with flea soap
and gave it worming pills.
The dog is sweet, friendly and shows no aggression at all. The dog likes and trusts people and is friendly and not afraid of strange encounters.
FAIR WARNING this is a RANT.
People who abuse children and helpless animals that have no voice are consigned by myself to Dante's lowest orders of Hell.
That's my position and I will stand on this ground as long as I am able.

Spot on Jan... only hope the ending is better for this big guy or girl is better than that other poor animal that someone tossed out of a van a year
or so back... still brings tears to my eyes...
He is sleeping on the floor of my kitchen. I had to unwrap his big paws from my waist to stand up,
Going back to hug him again,
Good night, Nomads.
