It is beautiful, but replace the ground beef with ground turkey, and leave batter off the pepper. I hope the buns are NOT sweet like most made in Mexico.

That's one amazing looking burger!

Looks like the Buns would be very tasty. I like that the bottom half looks substantial. Many commercial buns used in restaurants are thin and fall apart easily while eating.
