I hope it is a good show... after going to them up to 2009, (which was tiny compared to the others) we passed on last year's. The best part is visiting with the Nomads, including dinner with John M's family afterwards... Chevy's rocks!

100+ miles away and into another country is a 'for sure'... but 10 miles from your home is a maybe? :?:

 See you soon Ken... even if your logic escapes me!

The Pomona Off Road Expo isn't that much fun. I don't enjoy hanging out close to home - never have. I prefer International travel to local places to visit. That's what brought me to BajaNomad in the first place. Otherwise, I'd be webcrawling the Riverside.gov website. :light:

Lots of Jeep stuff there last year. You might see a new whiz bang gadget that will make yours do things never thought of before.

No doubt about it being more 'fun' and scantly clad young girls in Tijuana... But, the Off Road Expo is in Ken's back yard and is where the industry displays all the kinds of products that Ken likes to use... Plus, there are a few girls there too!

Ken don't need to be going to TJ looking at girls. His wife might make him into another Bobbit.

We normally get to see lots of the displays throughout the year. Here's proof!

But, Tijuana takes the cake! I can't wait to see all of the excitement - something badly missing in Pomona.

Let me know if you plan on meeting outside of the event, and I would be happy to stop by and visit.
