I dont do this "Poll" junk. I like everyone here at the BN.....except for that yankeeirshman guy.

David K is just plain outstanding. No less. No more.

Hell...he gives me free tickets to enter Shell Island.

I am just tired of him giving up super secret surf spots that even the sea gulls don't know about. Darn him!

I had to look up "condescend" - hadn't used it for several years here on the ranch. Turns out it comes from Latin con- (“together”) + descendere (“to come down”).

Now I could not think of a better companion than David K to condescend some hairy Baja cliff - count me in! How do I work the vote machine?

Had it not been for David K I would never have experienced Baja off-road. His attitude combined with unselfish information sharing are a pleasant alternative to the jealous, resentful cranks who take pot shots at anyone who dares raise his head above the crowd.

Mood: Have Baja Fever

[*] posted on 10-4-2011 at 04:39 PM

Thank you my friends!

I seriously love Baja too much (it is a sickness, I know)... Baja Fever!

So, not wanting my life of Baja traveling to be lost, I give all that I have stored in my brain and in my book case, to all of you...

Yes, it is too much for some... but I don't force you to read what I write...

Baja Nomad and I have a partnership in information sharing and this site is popular because of what IS posted here, not because of what ISN'T.

Soul Surfers know there are no secret surf spots. So, thanks, David, for educating surfers who don't know where Baja spots are located. (Looking for a fun break? Pedrito where we have friendly locals!)

Oh, and continue razzing those libs out there who think your comments about libs include them -- they really are special, aren't they?

Change your salsa? Nah.

How many times have I ever used that word, seriously? I do wonder why liberals don't like it... so much that some prefer 'progressive', as if making America poorer was progress! Just kidding! Sorry Shari, I will try and stay out of political speak (try).

I just want us to be richer not poorer... as rich people are good for the economy. A poor person never hired me to work on their property!

David is OK by me. When I was quite ill on our Mission Santa Maria trip last year he and Elizabeth brought me glasses of ice cold orange juice which at that moment tasted like the nectar of the Gods. Good folks both of them.

As to the politics: if the last administration was made up of Compassionate Conservatives then I label myself a Pragmatic Progressive.
