The Mystery of the "Better Tasting in Mexico" Magnum Ice Cream Bars Solved!

I bought a three-pack box at the Pelican (Comercial Mexicana).

The sinfully delicious, chocolate-covered ice cream bars are made by Unilever de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C/V. Tepalcapa.

Accoding to the info on the box, they export to El Salvador, the Domican Republic, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Honduras.

Very, very close, mi amigo....This was a top 10 snack pick that we tried at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair when we were visiting friends in Lake Elmo, MN. Pretty sure I wrote about it in our 2010 Road Trip log.

Those are Simply Delicious ...plus all the calories fall out when you unwrap it.

I like that the best when the calories drop out, I keep telling my wife about that when I have my favorite ice cream bar here in Yuma ( Nestle, drumstick )

The drumsticks seem to get smaller every time I unwrap one (but the wrapper size is the same). How many of these is considered a "proper portion" these days? ;)
