good job Blanca. You should also take a picture of your sign going out of town.

Good job Blanca! It sure makes a difference. Are these the young people you are giving extra English lessons to in exchange for helping with clean up? Such a great trade.

The clean up project around here has made a big difference. This morning on the beach there were only a few new trash items that we picked up.

They have also been cleaning up San Roque Island----lots of old building stuff that they need to transport to the mainland. Poco a poco they will return the islands to their natural conditions.

It is all a very good thing.

hi all and thanks for the nice comments .... Ralph, good idea, I will get some pics of the signs ... we have put up 5 signs regarding trash about town and one big one at the baseball stadium ...

these kids are my private English class students and in exchange they can choose to do something to help la bocana or someone in need ..they asked if they could do a clean up with me - i sooooooooo wanted to stay in bed this morning....

but went out to clean up trah instead. It was very productive and I know they feel productive too.

woody pulled into town and I gave himand his wife a quick tour. what should we se but a pile of beer bottles someone had gathered but left on the street. so we jumped out and cleaned up. what a trooper !
