The idea that a town 100% dependent on tourism derived from its beaches should not have the funds necessary to clean them is ludicrous. Monies should
be budgeted and work crews employed to this end. I realize that this would entail planning, a word typically foreign to the Mexican lexicon
yet understandably so...
Especially when you have gringos willing to donate their time and money.

I see your point and Mexico is what it is. But if some individuals are willing to do what the municipio won't, why not lend a hand instead of shooting
the messenger.

On another thread it says they are going to remodel the boardwalk soon- so there is money... but why spend it if you can beg?

hmmm...seems we have plenty money in our towns up here, but still have MANY community minded groups that adopt-a-highway or adopt-a-beach all over
the US...why would San Felipe be anny different???

United Way
Salvation Army
Feed the Children
American Cancer Society
Gifts in Kind International
AmeriCares
YMCAs in the United States
American National Red Cross
Catholic Charities USA
America's Second Harvest
Hell...USA shouldn't need these above groups.....we have budgets!
Yes.....I've heard where the govt was going to help out the unfortunate with housing and food. years ago. Well.....let's not help out these people
since help is on it's way!!!!!!!!!!
"let the bastards starve"....I can hear Dave saying that right about now!
Why is there so many volunteer groups in San Felipe.....and other towns of Baja? Duh Dave.....they could use some help.
The very highly connected advertiser of this site .....BajaBound .com......geeze Dave...look at this:
http://blog.bajabound.com/baja-bound-mag-7-donation-drive-at...
Dave...go change your soiled jock shorts, turn off the idiot T.V......and go do something nice for a few folks or two. It'll make you feel really
good....just like Martin Romo from Rosita's Restaurant and his volunteers.
Me? I hear you thinking Dave! Each year (except last year)...We picked up Jessica who's family owns the Nurseries in San Felipe....we cruise thru the
poorer sections of SF to drop off over 300 stuff animals (brand new that I bought).......30 custom gifts (in large bags).....and I also deliver to one
old woman (over by the Military base) 60 days worth of food.
What about you Dave?
I donated a big sum of money towards Dr. Victor Abasolo M.D. new medical complex......that glass door you see there off Calz Chetumal, between the
Arches and the 7-11 Gas station
What about you Dave?
I donated cash to the http://sanfelipefoodbank.org They got a major task to do there! What a fantastic outfit....read their website Dave...and be humble.......donate a
note to them.
What about you Dave?
What about you Dave?.......ah....why bother...the local govt takes care of it all....or they should had. Right?
Stop being a idiot Dave.

Did any Mexicans in San Felipe ask for donations to send 55-gallon trash bags up there?
