Bread lovers in the Centenario area of La Paz

We will be bringing freshly baked artisan breads to Centenario on Wednesdays.
Fellow nomad roamingthroughbaja has graciously allowed us the use of his frontage along the highway at his Vista Properties Real Estate office.
Rustico, Sourdough, Whole wheat vienna and Multigrain will be available for purchase. We will be there from three to five pm.
We strongly recommend placing your orders one day in advance.

We can be contacted via email or at the bakery in La Paz on Madero Street at the corner of Ocampo, or through facebook at Theo Breadguy.

We also plan to be in La Ventana in the near future.

Thank You

Could you make a short detour to Punta Banda? I'm really in the mood for some good sourdough.

Jes kiddin'....but not about the bread. I think I'll have to make my own.

Les -- stopped by store on Madero Tues. AM, 9:30, and shop was closed. Is Tuesday a regular closing day? No sign to that effect.

Yes, Tuesdays and Sundays the store is not open. Tuesdays we are at the post office park at the tianguis natural from 930 until 1130. Some miscreant tore down the sign from the front door over the weekend.

Today's lineup is Rustico bread, multigrain, dark rye, garlic focaccia and Vienna bread, plus cardamom toasts and togarashi rice crackers. See you at three!

Pan D'Les, just one more of the reasons I am lucky to be in La Paz!

Les, I think you ought to repost this notification in General Discussion area. Your bread is so good I'd hate to have other Pacenos miss it, hidden in the classifieds.

If you are lucky enough to stop by the store and get the eclairs.....

La Paz is very lucky to have the bread man. I could sit outside his shop with a thermos of coffee and the paper all day while munching through his daily selection of sweets.

All top quality and so well made.

Mmmmmm.

Thanks, Alan and akmaxx, for your words of encouragement. We went to La Ventana last Sunday and were well received by the campers at the rv park. Unfortunately, the Ejido that runs the camp insisted that since we came to La Ventana in three vehicles, we had to pay three daily camping fees before we were allowed to leave. All in all we were there for 90 minutes...Next Sunday we will be near the rv park, not IN the trailer park.

If memory serves me, it's only about 3-4 blocks from Jesse's Tres Virgenes restaurant on Madero.

Sorry for the delay in answering,,,we took a week off to visit DF(Mexico City). It was like going to New York only much more reasonably priced.

If you are on the Malecon, turn just at the National Car Rental agency. Two streets, the first one is level, the second one goes uphill. I am one door from the corner, on the left.

More landmarks. A block away from Coppel, Elektra.
And more landmarks, as you go up Ocampo, you will pass La Paz Lava, Tequila's grill and El Perico Marinero. Directly on the corner of Ocampo and Madero is a Chinese restaurant, FFYY Choy.

Hope to welcome you to La Paz soon.
