Jr. kidnapped
I think some has kidnapped J.R. and is using his name to pillage and plunder south Baja . I cant believe this first you start running paid tourer
groups to the place your trying to protect. and now your are subdividing and selling to the people that you went there to hide from. you are not
fooling me ,this is not Jr.Who ever you are we want our original Jr. back now how much do you want?

I never thought that kidnapping would be going on in Baja, and to J.R.! This news upsets my stomach. What a real crime it is... that I read this post
too late and you guys have already bought the lots!

I`ll only donate to get him back if he gives up his secret treasure map titled "The Secret Shangri Las Of Baja That No P-nche Gringo Has Ever Seen
Unless He`s b-tchen!"

I voted on an empty line
that ought to read: I will donate one poorly designed septic system to free that blowhard. Well, at least his behavior is consitent.

Hey Doug
Thisnew crop of junior nomads are real prizes aren't they? paco , ben, who are these nuclear physicists anyway. Something tells me they have very
little to offer when it comes to baja and very little going on in their lives.
And Bruce, since I have been down here this time, I have seen three properties sold to gringos. At gringo prices.
They are from Alaska and they aren't that stupid. I can just get better deals through my friends and this way, I can pick my neighbors rather than
just getting stuck with people I don't know.
And as far as the paid trips go, there are vans pulling into the ojo de agua full of tourists every day.
As far as protecting the environment, the places I frequent now all have credentials and have taken classes as far as protecting their areas. This
happened through PROFEPA and it seems to be working.
To try and pretend that Baja isn't changing daily is ridiculous. These boards, word of mouth, etc. is turning this place into southern southern
california and there's no stopping it.
I'm just trying to direct it a little in my areas, not selling anything out or subdividing.

Jr.
You would be very surprised I you knew who I am.
I have over 30 years of Baja experience.
But maybe I would suck up to germucus to if I had spent the past 4 months trying to get him to invest money in bamboo.
But probably not ,I am particular who I associate with.

Suck up?
Actually Ben, I am sure impressed. Although you seem to pretend to have a clue about me, I would be surprised with what I find out about you? Ha, who
gives a turd!
If you want to buy some land, don't look here. Otherwise, mind your own business.
Trying to get him to invest in bamboo?? And here's another prize nomadical newbie who knows about everything and everyone!
Really Doug, is quantity actually better than quality?

you caught me!
How'd you know I was a nuclear physicist? You are a genius, definitely not a dumn-ass! And you are right again, I have nothing going on at all in my
life. Just another dumn-ass gringo! At least you are true to your character.

Was it something I said?
None of you pin head gringo newbies know me, what I do, or where I go. So what exactly is your P-nche gringo problem?
I'm in Mexico and you are not?
Humfrevilles buddies coming to his aid?
The huarache is a perfect fit?
I would guess it's number two based on the intelligence coming from these new posters who don't know diddly about me.

Just wondering are you taking care of the Hacienda and Immigration papers for jr on this venture. Since the authorities monitor this site.

Thanks for your concern there Comitan
but after living in Baja for over 10 years, I think that my FM3 is in order. As far as the hacienda goes, what do you think I should tell them in
your expertise in these matters?

I understand completely Jr. I hope you understand that this post is strictly tung and cheek in the Jrbaja spirit. I think you know that I like your
project down there .
the only guesting I have is how can you sell trust deeded lots. of that size and with out subdividing the parcel?
