Looks like it says 13.59... maybe Ken was just averaging the two 13.3 and 13.59?

Yes, you exchange a dollar and receive 13.3 pesos. Actually, the peso has improved. Just a few weeks ago it was One dollar will get you about 14 pesos

You know D, I assume it is unfounded, but I'm a little
hinky about putting an ATM card in a Mex machine, have read a few stories of no cash, eating the card, etc.,
