I noticed that, if you concentrate on one of the yellow dots it never disappears, while the others do, randomly. What isn't clear is, does this validate the claim that all the yellow dots are always present?

I noticed when I blinked... all 3 yellow polka dots reappear every time...(why are dots called polka anyway...polish?)
