What will this little baja sprout become?

How about a Pachycereus pringlei, just for a wild guess. Have to say though the color and texture could pass for a Mesembranthemum (ice plant) but I
have no idea what they look like....

I have a little stone cactus with a similar look. Wonder if that's what it could be.

Mexitron , good wild guess, but are you guessing at mcfez's photo or mine?
Those are Cardons, so you'll have to split that chicken dinner with mcfez 
The mcfez photo looks actually like Suguaro to me.
