Chicken Little -The Sky is Falling

Hey, I thought the Sun was going to blow up all our computers and phones today, and we were going to see the Northern lights in the California. What happened??? I been standing around waiting for the show to start.:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Warming it isn't but changing it is. Google a temperature change map for say the last hundred thousand years. Along with temperature variations come rainfall changes. We should be digging canals to pass water from the far north, and preparing for sudden drought.

Don't know what your latitude (not 'attitude', I can sense that) is, but here at 43ºN the Aurora Borealis was slightly visible this a.m. about an hour after midnight but weak—owing mostly to the bright moonlight.

It's all about the latitudes....and the thickness of the atmosphere.......and current angle of deflection (if I remember that term correctly).....Wonder if the Southern Hemisphere gets an Aurora like the Northern Hemisphere gets?

If I remember correctly, the polar ozone holes allow more of that plasma stream to enter our atmosphere....

The future? Water pipelines from the northwest to the southwest. Too many people living in areas that don't have enough water to support them. They're only a couple of years of drought away from disaster. :o

Wouldn't it be cheaper & smarter to just move like they did in the good ol days when this happened??? Man will adjust---he always does (or he dies). The World can only hold so many people-----and it always takes care of itself in spite of "man". :o

If one were to develop believable scenarios around the future of water in California, I would be sure to include the fact that at this moment armed terrorists paramilitary thugs are planning to to take, by force of arms, that part of California which includes: Shasta Lake, Lake Oroville, Whiskeytown Lake, Trinity Lake, Eagle Lake, Lake Almanor, Upper and lower Klamath Lakes and all the associated rivers. Naturally, their only strength is to try to hold California hostage for its water. Taking our water back is likely to be muy feo.

Exit 595 south of Williams is their established southern border, and that is the likely location or one exit south, for Interstate 5 to become a border crossing. The rail lines would be controlled here too.

The northern border is an hour north of Medford Oregon.

I can't make this crap up!

www.jeffersonstatemilitia.com

Scroll down and find the picture of a guy, Jim Mark, who has warned the honest police that he won't be taken alive, with his good buddy the present Sheriff of Shasta County.

Yes, southern California, your water is not just in jeopardy from drought.

Vag---------Owens Valley (Eastern Sierra) has been in that camp for over 70 years-----has NOT done them any good---------the water still just flows south---------it is just a channel for a lot of frustration, it would appear.

Barry...YOUR Sheriff is posing with a crazed rebel gun man who is openly encouraging people to shoot GOON game wardens. You don't seem to be concerned.

The water comes later.....

Vag-------I am obviously "out of the loop" on this one. I had not heard a thing, but we don't listen to local news, only National and International news. I don't even know who our "Sheriff" is. But what you are relating is crazy, of course, if true, and I don't think you would post it if it wern't true, or at least pointing out the smoke of a possible fire?!?!?!?!?.

I will look into it. Thanks.

Vag--------I made a few phone calls. Our Sheriff (Shasta County, CA), Tom Bosenko, has no known connections with the Militia guy you are talking about, and nobody that I know of connects Tom with this guy or the "State of Jefferson" movement (which has been going on for decades), and I just talked with one of Tom's best friends to confirm this.

What ARE you talking about???
