I`m installing the brake booster that Karl is bringing on Sunday, then installing on Monday, then heading to AV and should arrive Monday mid afternoon. I'll be at the Pinto Derby on Sunday.

on edit - looking at the correct month calender now

Are you not going to the Pinto Party at Anna's?

I shall carve a sign which reads: < TW

and place it on the AV road, to show the turnoff to the palapa

But I might be not the first one to arrive there......

Great. I talked to Phil Sunday and he is ready. My brother Bill and I plan to leave Sat. morning from Hemit and stop in Mexicali at NORRA then head down to Gonzaga Bay and maybe Cocos. I'll talk to John and try and get a fix on which location to meet. Regardless it is Agua Verde Monday the 30th afternoon or evening. Roy I'll give you a call today or tomorow. I just got back from Colorado so I'm unpacking. I'll be in the white Tacoma with shell shown above. Fernweh we'll be looking for your signs.

Depends DT are you going north with us on the run from La Purisima to Mulege?. We may be camping at Timbabichi the second night. Once we get together we can decide on what we are doing. I'll bring plenty of grits for all.

John's wife Barbara will come if there are other women along. I emailed him that Blanche was going. DT tell her that, she may change her mind.

I mentioned that there would be other women on the trip and a guarantee of big adventure, she's thinking about it. Maybe if I tell her that Tecate is sending a van full of beer and Tecate girls to camp with us.......that ought to do it.:lol:......dt

If we can make it, my wife will be attending, too, and perhaps a couple of teenagers that nobody will even notice. But that's a big "if" at the moment.

Trip

TW and others. That seems like way too much driving for us, especially BOLA to Loreto in one day. We aren't much for that sort of event though the trip sounds like an adventure we'd sure like to do.

Bahia de los Angeles to Loreto is what the NORRA Race is doing in one day, no need for anyone else to rush through Baja crazy-like!

All are welcome to go. I have GMRS with FRS channels as well as VHF race radios. I think Phil has the GMRS/FRS radios also.

TW,

Please give me a channel or frequency for my radio set up.

I'm already down south in the Baja.

I'll see you all at the Pinto Party (5/29) or at the AV beach (5/30)

Greetings from San Ignacio
