It Happened Last Night

For those of you who have read my tag line, it happened last night during the Super Moon...the wedding reception band next door, mariachis, played all night until dawn.

Wow brings back memories..

Jan I truly sympathize with you. Last week, my landlords, who are the most smug, condescending and least concerned individuals on the planet, especially about their tenants, and who live right next door to me, had a huge party. They had mariachis and all of the drunkards were singing all night. I called the cops like 3 times, and they said that they were aware of the problem, but never came to break up the party. It was horrible. I only have the weekends to really do things around the house, and I was totally exhausted the next day and could do nothing. They also have this ongoing project in front of my apartment, and there are these huge dirt piles. They never seem to get the project done, and were banging around all day yesterday. Thankfully, I only have a few more months here. Why don't these people have their receptions in a salon which are very reasonable and stop harassing their neighbors?

Except for Being Sleep Deprived

It wasn't too bad.

When I fed the dogs at 6:00 am, there was one drunk still awake and mumbling stuff just next to our wall, but it (the wall) is tall enough to protect the dogs and him.

The tiki torches are still burning on the lawn next door, but they are far enough away not to pose a worry for us.

Sleep Deprivation..

I am not retired, so I can't make up for it...any change in my sleep causes a huge backload in my schedule which I cannot afford.

You need to find a friend with one of the older Dodge Diesel Trucks, invite them over and have them idle the noisy beast next to their house early in the morning. JH:biggrin::biggrin:

Just a Shot of Mezcal

And then, Udo, it was nighty-nite for me.
