My camera reviewed in LA Times

I know a few of us already are impressed by the small frame DSLR. Here's what the LA Times reviewer thinks.

Thx Russ, We were trying to figure which starter camera for our 13yo daughter. I think we'll go with the 510. She finally has found something she enjoys doing besides video games. Here are a couple shots she has done. I think it was with our old canon..

Shouldn\'t one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check or Sec.8 housing?
........... I had to pass one to earn it for them!

She's got a great eye. Hope we see more of her work soon. Can't remember if that review mentioned the movie feature but it is really quite good also and easy to just hit the record button. The LED screen is really useable. I use it all the time, even in high light conditions.

Doubt it. I just take hundreds of shots and you only get to see the best.

Mostly the green setting but the is a setting you can set up that can pre program f/stop, speed, ISO & zoom. Turn the dial and go. Sweet.
